Key Responsibilities:
• Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of job installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Subcontractor & Crew Management: Hire, schedule, and supervise subcontractors and in-house crews, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Vendor & Cost Management: Negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers, maintaining margins while securing high-quality materials.
• Sales & Training Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide product installation and specifications training.
• Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company quality standards.
• Billing & Invoicing Oversight: Review subcontractor invoices to verify accuracy and ensure alignment with work completed.
